Throwing up everything INCLUDING water...stomach hurts so much..muscles ache from throwing up..back hurts so much..cramps..sweating and headaches..and on top of that Cody decides he likes to kick me from the inside..I'm hungry but food is making me sick. Maybe I should cry again
Def recommend going to the hosp for iv fluids and nausea meds

Sounds like a stomach virus. The flu is generally fever/chills/aches/respitory. I wouldn't wait long before being seen if dehydration is a possibility. Hope you feel better soon x

If you can't even keep down water you may want to consider going to hospital for iv Meds and lays ration....
