flu remedies!!
So today is my birthday and im officially 24weeks.unfortunately i came down with the cold. My throat is sore, my nose is stuffy and everytime i blow i get a headache!ughhh ,i know i can't take medication but what are some remedies you ladies have used?&actually worked
Tea, honey and Lemon. Get a vaporizer. I used a crap Load of vicks on my chest
You can take sudafed. It will help with pressure and stuffiness.
I used vicks yesturday. It worked alittle but the stickiness bothers me!-_- i might have to try the honey with lemon. I've been drinking nothing but hot chocolates. Its so annoying! I wanted to cry at night just because i couldn't sleep.
