food risks?

Did any mothers - to - be eat food that they said not too like queso fresco, or ceviche? Are they really bad to eat when pregnant?

I've eaten deli turkey sandwiches and I had a Caesar salad the other day. I know they say not to eat lunchmeats and mayo based salads, but I think the major concern is how well the food has been stored. I stay away from foods like that on buffets and such.

Ahhhh, I absolutely love beef enchiladas. However, I didn't know that was the cheese they put on it. Hmm... good to know. :)

I was told to just stay away from anything raw. I still eat fish and things like that. My dr said it was fine as long as it was no more than once a week.
