I don't know anything but i would say bed rest and HEALTHY food, nothing that causes bowel movements or constipation. Stay away from acidic drinks like OJ or pineapple. Stay super hydrate as dehydration can cause contraction. && keep your stress level downs. I'm sorry I'm no help, but those seem like the reasonable things? Pretty much do the opposite of trying to induce labor. Hope all is well an your bundle stays in there as long as possible so she/he can come out super healthy and strong.

I haven't heard of any foods that delay labor, but I totally agree with you wanting to wait. Its best to go at least 39 weeks to make sure your babies vital organs are fully matured. InshaAllah you'll be fine habibty. Hang in there.

It's always best to let the baby stay in as long as possible. 37wks is actually considered early term not full term now but the ratings have just recently been changed so your doc may still be calling it full term. There's pre-term, early-term, full term, and post term now. I don't know of any foods that will specfically delay labor but I would avoid any foods that irritate your bowels like spicy foods bc that can in turn irritate the uterus and cause contractions. Good luck!
