Ok ladies.... I need your experience...

Good morning mamas!!! I hope all of you are well ♡ my question is this... today when I woke up and went pee.... I wiped and it was nasty brown... I've always experienced my bloody show but it was red not brown... I've read that it can be brown but I need reassurance from real live mamas. Please let me know if you've had this before... thank you so much :) oh yeah and I'm 39+4 .

Thank you :) I was having them last night pretty regularly but not hard ones.... from eight to ten they were ten minutes apart... then for about another hour they were five minutes apart. I know most women would jump in the car and go at that point but something told me to get some sleep. So I fell asleep and a couple woke me up but still not urgent enough to wake the kiddos. Then this morning I had the strange wipe... and it's been constant since... mean with every  wipe.

Yep with my first I was induced and I started with an oldy brown substance coming away from me. Which when I asked what it was they said it was my plug breaking away. But with my second I didn't experience old blood it was fresh. So given the stage you are I would say that is the case for you. Pop a pad on and see what happens. Maybe ring your midwife and let her know. Are you having pains yet? X
