I went on Starbucks website (and Dunkin Donuts) to check the caffeine amounts in my favorite drinks.  I have opted for the medium sized, so that way if I choose to have something else throughout the day (chocolate has been a wicked craving lately) , I don't end up taking in too much caffeine.

Hi, well if you go to Starbuck they can make it decaf, I know it's not the same but it does satisfy my craving :)

Like previously said, limit the caffeine intake daily.

I have a frapp every morning hun. Just limit your caffeine to 200 mg per day. Its fine.
