I haven't had heart burn with any of my pregnancies, both kids born with full head of hair. My current pregnancy the ultrasound tech said he Has lots of hair too. So I would say old wives tale

I had heartburn with my son and he was bald for the longest time! My heartburn never completely went away and I've been living on tums. When I got pregnant again it has been so bad I've been taking Zantac and since we are told it's a girl, it'd be great if she came outwith hair! Lol

Myth.  All my kids came out without hair and my heartburn was so bad I have to have very strong prescription strength antacid.

Heartburn can also be caused by the lack of space making everything push upward. I know when I have gotten it a little bit of water helps. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat though.

Its an old wives tale. It can hold true for some and not for others.

It's pure myth. Heartburn is related to what you eat/drink.

I am not sure if this is true for all women but I am a ftm so I might not have experience.  I am 35 weeks pregnant no symptoms during pregnancy so far other than round ligament pain and now a little bit of sciatic nerve pain. I Have Been Told For 3 Weeks Now That our little girl Has A lot Of hair Already And so far no heartburn.

I don't think there's a science behind it.  I had a good bit of heartburn with my first and she had hardly any hair (as a blonde) and continued to have hardly any hair until she was 2.

I had tons of heart burn with my 5yr  old and he had a ton of hair so in my experience yes its true. But I've had ffriends with heart burn the whole time and there baby was bald.  So i think it can go either way
