Most likely. I'll share a story with you. I can't remember how far along I was when this happened, I think around 15 weeks. But I woke up because I was in so much pain my entire stomach felt like one giant cramp and I started freaking out thinking I was miscarrying and just as I reached for my phone to call my mom and ask her to drive me to the hospital, I let out this massive fart. And it was like instant relief. I've never had gas that hurt until this pregnancy!! Anyways the whole point of sharing that was to hopefully calm your nerves some (and maybe induce a little laughter) gas pains su ck, but they don't last forever. If your pains get so intense that you can't move, or you start to bleed, go get checked out. But for now just eat some extra fiber to help keep things moving along.
If your not bleeding your cramping is probably just gas. I cant remember what side it is but you can google what side to lay on that is supposed to 'relieve' your gas pains..
