So I decided to get medical assistance as a secondary carrier will medical cover my deductible from my primary ins carrier when I deliver.
I want to say yes it uhc community health.
Do you have Medicaid as your secondary? If so, then yes it would (under normal circumstances) cover the left over costs including a deductible. I just got through all that myself. But if it's not Medicaid, you'll need to ask as yours might only be assistance for some charges.
