Hi I'm 28 weeks with twins and I have gestational Diabetes how much danger are me and my twins in and is it easy to control while pregnant totally freaking out and I'm pissed cause my doc didn't even tell me she booked an appointment for me to see a dietion and she told me the news kmt

It's frustrating at first until you figure out what foods work for your body. After seeing the dietician I felt alot better because she gave me a number of carbs I was allowed in a day. I've been able to control it with diet alone and no insulin. The only thing they worry about with GD is having a big baby. Good luck with your babies!
