I had one bit was put under do to having metal rods in my back. Worst pain to wake up from. They couldn't numb me because they were scaredof a respiratory issue, but a week later I felt better. Just get up and walk as soon as the hospital allows you! Congratulations on your baby too!

I had one. My.biggest mistake was not taking more.pictures the day of. I was so drugged up I don't remember anyone even being with me my surgery was at 9 am and the whole day is gone. So take lots of videos and.pictures. my incision didn't want.to heal either I had staples I suggest asking for stitches or glue. I got infection around the staples and they took them out 7 days later and my incision keep reopening. It was about two.months before it healed enough to be OK. But just follow the cleaning directions to a t and you should be.OK. I. Having a vbac this time but if I for some reason have another c section I'm getting stitches!!!

U will feel everything but shouldnt be any pain during the sergery .... recovery can be very hard u will need tovget up and move arpund as fast as u can if u stay laying down and not active it may take longer ffor u to heal but other than that recpvery is almost the same as a natral birth

Had my first child by c-section. Not sheduled. Strange feeling. No pain during the surgery but 1st night almost unberable! You need to force yourself to get up as soon as possible next morning. The more you move the easier later on and the pain goes away faster. It's not pleasant but you will survive. Remember to excersise the first night by rolling your body from left to right - this will be very hard!
