just call & ask your doctor what would be best for you. you can try some milk though if you're able to tolerate it! just sip on it & see how it does! ((:

I haven't taken anything for it because it only happens every now & then, and it's usually b/c of something that I ate that I shouldn't have..
just try not to eat anything too spicy, greasy, etc. while you're experiencing it. I ate some ice cream last night to ease mine off. good luck! (((:
