I've heard that you shouldn't get acrylic nails while pregnant could cause harm to the baby, has anyone else heard this?
If you get gel nails with no acrylic component, they are safe. I'm a nail tech and I use lcn which are just fine for pregnant ladies. But just so you know, your hormones may have made your nails beds moister than usual, which could make it harder to keep the product on.
Girlie its bc of the fumes they are harmful
It's the fumes that's the concern. My friend got her nails done constantly but only at a place were there was amazing ventilation
