I have my glucose test to see if I have  GD tomorrow at 1, do I have to fast for it or can I eat something light before?

I have mine Thursday (Blech) and our doc said I didn't have to fast either - guess it depends on your doctor :)

No fasting for the 1 hour test

I work for PAML laboratories.  No fasting required for the 1hr. If your happen to fail, then you are required to fast for the 3hr.

For my 1 hour I didn't have to fast but for the 3 hour you do! Good luck

My doc said I didn't have to fast. My draw was at 3 pm, and they said I could eat lunch like normal just nothing but water for at least the hour and a half before the test.
