Can ii feel my babies heartbeat while shes in my womb ?

I felt something yesterday that felt exactly like a heartbeat. Don't see how it's possible but not sure what it would be.
U might be feeling ur baby having the hiccups. My baby has the hiccups about 5-7 times a day
If their in the right position I'm pretty sure you can, my friend has a video of her baby (what looks exactly like breathing) it's pretty cool!!
