good snacks

I am looking for some good healthy snack options to store in my desk at work for when I need a little boost. What would you recommend?

My snacks are a piece of fruit then later a couple slices of salami with a slice of hard cheese for protein  (add a sundries tomato for extra yum!) Popcorn is also a favorite for me.

I like to keep single serve packages of nuts with me.(peanuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, etc) They are healthy as well as filling!
