hair coloring question.

Although i am aware i am unable to color my hair, am i able to color someone elses? If i am in a well ventilated area like outside, am i still able to do it??

I just need to cover my grays in the front. I Had grays since I was 25. I have wedding to go to in 2 weeks and had Same question if dying was OK

Kittykatgrrl put a space in between the words. If you are dying someone else's hair in a well ventilated space you should be fine. My doctor said I could dye my hair in second trimester but stated that due to hormones the color may be off so I will wait.

I am 24 weeks. Hubby wont let me do my own till after baby comes so im playin it safe. Thx everyone!!

I just got mine done....looks amazing btw. My stylist was just extra careful not to get any of the highlight stuff on my scalp. Foils, semi permanent, and glazes are perfectly fine. Just be careful with perms and relaxers. If you just need a good change try a Brazilian blow out. Hair looks so much healthier after. Or ask a good stylist what they would recommend. We need to keep our selves looking beautiful like the baby making goddesses that we are! :-)

I colored my hair atlease one time during my pregnancy.  I Just make sure it's a ventilated area. (My bff is a hairstylist) plus lots of preggo ppl work at salons.

Y aren't u allowed to color ur hair? I thought we were allowed as long as certain chemicals aren't in it and we're in a ventilated area....

My salon offered a ammonia free dye when they've did my hair throughout pregnancy. Maybe see if they have that option for you so you dye your hair. But yes stay in a ventilated area 2nd trimester

It goes the same for both 2nd trimester is OK as long as your in a well ventilated area. So you can dye your hair and dye others as long as it's well ventilated.  If you're really concerned discuss it with your doctor :)
