Try lots of protein and fiber. That does the trick for me. Don't obsess over weight, as long as you're eating healthy and not gaining a crazy amount quickly you should be fine :)
I'm scared of gaining too much weight. Everywhere I read it talks about eating healthy stay away from this or that Don't eat too much of this or that. Watch the amount of weight you gain. Then I tell my mom how hungry I am and she tells me I better watch it. So frustrating sometimes

Try eating a little snack with some sugar c: A little sugar doesn't hurt every now n then. Tbh I'm 31 weeks n 1 day and my whole pregnancy I have just eaten everything cx Healthy and sugary. My baby is as healthy as can be :)
