hair dye & pregnant

Hello I wanted to know if I can dye my hair if I am pregnant? I missed my period and I took 2 home pregnancy tests and both of them came out positive, so with that said I'm about 1 month pregnant, but I'm in need of dying my hair , and wanted your opinion?

You Can Dye your Hair, your still early but later down the road i wouldn't. My hair has grown so much and so fast that it would be waste of money, plus it's not good for the baby. Just know that the dye may not take also so maybe if you do it now it will.

I have done mine as long as it ammonia free supposed to be fine asked dr before doing it and after 1st trimester

My obgyn & midwife both said coloring your hair is fine,  just do it in a well ventilated room so your not inhaling the chemicals! I do my roots light blonde every 4 months & my baby is super healthy & has not had the first complication! I would ask your own personal doc though just to get a professional
opinion bc I wouldn't encourage anyone to do it bc

I died and straighten  my hair both pregnancies just do your research  I used water base dyes but everyone is different go by your instincts

No hair dye, extremely bad for the baby. And really makes you ill
