hands asleep

My hands have been asleep most of gg he day....im 29 &2 anyone else experience this?

Position your arm on a pillow in a neutral position while you're sleeping.  Look up some median nerve glides on Google and do those 2-3 times a day.  Wearing those wrist bands now may be a good idea during the day rather than waiting till it gets worse.

I got pregnancy induced carpel tunnel with my first! It was awful and I had to wear braces on my wrists at night! Talk to ur doc they maybe able to recommend something!

It sounds like it could also be poor circulation.  I would mention it I your doctor.

Do u have carpal tunnel..?.. if u do it gets worse during pregnancy
