My hands feel numb and my vains are popping in my hands
My wrist hurts real bad on my right hand,
I cant move my wrist from left to right with out pain.
Any suggestions
Or ideas of what is happening?

Pregnancy carpal tunnel..? I have it started at about 37 weeks for me, my fingers get numb and I sometimes feel a pop from the fluid... The only thing you can really do is keep your wrist straight, don't sleep on it.
You probably have carpel tunnel is it mainly just your thumb index and middle finger that get numb Google carpel tunnel
