I live on smoothies..every morning!! Strawberries,bananas,blueberries,ground flaxseed, greens and oatmeal! Keeps me full throughout the morning, it's the only thing I could stand to eat the first 2 months.
Bananas and peanut butter sandwiches never let me down when it came to nausea lol! Oatmeal too! And I make tons of smoothies
