Im getting induced Wednesday and soo excited/nervous..how long were you in labor? And how did it go?

I was induced with my first. My total labor was 14 hours. It would have been longer had I not chosen to get the epidural. My doctor said my body didn't have enough time to relax and dilate between contractions. With inducing you'll have forced contractions in between natural ones. It wasn't terrible the 7 hours I went with out the epidural but it was painful

I was induced with my first. I went in at 8pm on a Sunday night and had her at 2:32 the next afternoon. Although labor wasn't long it was hard and painful because my epidural failed. The medicine they induce you with is forcing your body to have contractions so they are faster and harder. But its different for everyone. Good luck!

I was induced with my baby#2. I was admitted to the hospital Sunday afternoon, though Monday morning around 6am, they put me oh pitocin. Had my baby at 1pm

They are having me come in Wednesday to start taking the pill to make me dialate then starting pitocin on Thursday morning..im soo excited!

I was induced starting at 7pm on a Friday and had my daughter at 5pm on Saturday. It was not bad just a lot of steps and waiting.
