My doc said 5 min in a hot tub is ok (but no more) bc it takes longer than that for ur body temp to get to a dangerous temp.  I've been in several times but 5 min or less every time :)

I go swimming and im 32 weeks. My parents had a jacuzzi bathtub where I controlled the temp and it had jets so its safe. With a hot tub I just dip my legs in and have my boyfriend pour a little on my back. And of course have a full bottle of water so no dehydration

I dnt know the difference between a spa and jacuzzi.but if u can control the tempature then why not. Just keep it under 100f.

Absolutely not. Your bath shouldnt be hotter than 100 F. It affects the baby when you get over heated.

Swimming in a pool is fine. However hot baths and Jacuzzis are not safe. You shouldn't be in water over 101-102 degrees because it can raise tour body temp and cause decreased oxygen to baby.

you can go swimming but I believe Jacuzzi's and hot tubs are out.  they are too hot and not good for you when you are pregnant. but a normal bath doesn't cause you to overheat and swimming is actually good for you when pregnant
