how to help implantation????

TTC After a long year.

I am 25. In late November I discovered I was pregnant.  This pregnancy ended as ectopic at 8wks. I was treated with methotrexate and have both tubes.

August I had a laprascopy after constant pain and was diagnosed with moderate endometriosis.  I also had a cyst on right overy.

This month I found out I was pregnant again-which ended as a chemical pregnancy 4 days after missed period.

It seems that implantation is my problem. What can I do to help implantation?

Trying to keep the faith after a very long year of trying. Praying I get a BFP very soon with a healthy child.

I was told at 14 my chances of ever having kids were so slim because of my endometriosis. I have had  Multiply surgeries because of it, plus at 22 they sent me into a drug induce menopause for 6 months (would never suggest to anyone it was horrible!!) And after coming off the shots I were given I found out I was pregnant 3 months later! And now I  have two healthly children, a beautiful angel who was born sleeping and 26 Weeks with our 4th so it can happen :). Keep your head up and God does answer our prayers :).

I have horrible endometriosis, I've had pid, and ovarian cycsts, have half an ovary bc of it. I was going to get surgery this year to correct the endo but somehow a miracle happened and I got pregnant. I have no idea how that happened when my odds were slim and I tried for four years.  Keep trying. If it can happen for me, it can happen for you. Wishing you luck.

I also have endometriosis n heard that you can be very fertile for 6 months after a lapraoscopy. They found pretty extensive endo with me,a lot of it was removed but they did say it could cause me problems getting pregnant. As it happened i got pregnant with my first within 4 months after the op. my advice, don't lose hope!keep trying but relax too.i guess after a year of trying you know when you ovulate n r taking Folic acid n prenatals. I'm not sure ive heard of anything you can specifically do to help with implantation but the fact that the egg n sperm are meeting is a good start! The laparoscopy will hopefully help you like it did me,maybe this month it just wasnt meant to be. Sorry I couldn't be any further help I just wanted to say dont give up n I hope you get your BFP very soon
