You can use Tylenol products to help ease the cold symptoms. But, you can also call your doctor and they could call you something in that will knock it out.


Also, during my first pregnancy, I thought I had a cold. I was sneezing like absolute crazy. With coughing and sinus pressure. What I really had was pregnancy rhinitis. It was a pain lol.. What helps is turning the shower on as hot as you can get it (without you in it of course) and let the steam build up and sit in there for a few minutes. The steam starts helping congestion and clearing things out for a little bit.

Tylenol cold should be okay. I remember taking that when I was pregnant last time. Just try to stay away from Nyquil/dayquil.
