having a hard time

Hello all,

I just found out I am pregnant again (planned), but since Tuesday, I have been getting 'attacks' where my chest gets really tight and I feel like I can't breathe. It is really scary because I'm always thinking what if it's not anxiety and I have a legit problem and pass out. I have even gone as far as checking my lips to see if they are still pink lol. I don't feel confortable starting an antidepressant (at least not until after the baby is born), but I'm worried it's going to be a loooooooon pregnancy if I am already feeling ******. I have some rescue remedy and have contemplated taking that. Does anyone else get intense feelings like they can't breathe, and if so, how do you deal with it? I try to do deep breathing, but I find it hard sometimes to get it to work.

Does just being along calm you down, or do you actually do something to help you calm down?

I get anxiety attacks too. I just have to be alone during them and I tend to calm down. I know there are also essential oils out there that can help.
