Hey ladies, last night I got a headache. I have been taking Tylenol as often as I'm aloud butt it's not helping. I had a friend recommend putting my hands and feet in hot water and ice on the back of my neck but that didn't help either. Anyone have a different remedy for headaches?

When I was in nursing school I had a professor say that most headaches are due to dehydration more than anything else. So, I always try drinking more water before popping pills when I have them and it usually helps. I would have never had thought about it before he said in class one day. Always worth a try.

Are you drinking enough liquids? That made a difference for me. My husband doesn't really like me taking Tylenol. So, I tried different things. Make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins, eating and drinking enough. I believe a headache is saying your body is missing something.

Try some caffeine, maybe? I had a headache for ab a week straight n nothing helped. I attributed it to the combo of hormones n seasonal changes. Good luck n feel better!

Look into pressure points, hopefully that helps.

My doctor told me that headache aer coming mostly becose our bady trying to make more blod. So we need to make sure our iron is high.
