I haven't had any with this preganacy yet but I did with both of my others. I found that finding a quite dark place to rest with a cool cloth over my forehead and eyes would help. try to relax. hope they improve!

Yes! And I keep thinking I have the reason figured out and then I get one for another reason. It's really frustrating and they just plague me. I keep wondering if something else is wrong with me. I'm sorry to all of you for having to deal with this but it is sort of a relief to see I'm not the only one.

Aww girls I feel ur pain. It's so hard. Ppl think taking time off work for a headache is ridiculous but I can think of nothing worse than working with these headaches.  Will defo speak to my midwife see if she can suggest anything ;), thank you all xx

I've had migraines and headaches since 5 weeks. 14 now. I have an appt with a neurologist on Monday. I find that bright lights, strong smells and being hungry do it for me. Even as we speak I have a bad headache. The worst one had me in the ER. IT WAS AWFUL!
They say they can go away on their own....pshhh when!? Lol

I'm almost 24 weeks and I've had a migraine every week since i was about 6-7 weeks. My ob had to prescribe me fioricet because Tylenol did nothing and i would have them for three days straight. I only take it once in a while though, usually when i can't rest and it becomes unbearable. It really depends on what type of headache you have in order to treat it properly. For some people a little caffeine helps. Fir others as ice or hot pack on the neck and forehead work. I get weekly adjustments for mine by a chiro that specializes in pregnancy. It helps so i didn't have to take the meds. Good luck!
