headaches
I tend to get frequent headaches. Normally I take 3/4 ibuprofen and sleep it off if it messes with my eyesight and is basically a migraine because Tylenol doesn't even help with a minor one.... now being pregnant again and headaches have gotten worse over the years, how else can I relieve my pain? Thoughts?
I take 2 tylenol 32oz of water right away lay down in a dark room with frozen peas over my eyes or where ever it hurts. That's what have to do. So far it's working.
I don't think you're supposed to be taking anything other than Tylenol. I would check with your doctor what is ok for you to take and if Tylenol is the only option that doesn't help you, see if there are other solutions.
Talk to your dr. There will be other things you can take but double check with them first because I only take extra strength Tylenol and don't worry about what else I can take
