I had protein in my urine and then found out I had gestational diabetes.   Could have some high blood sugar going on.

Idk I know protein in urine can be a sign of preeclampsia found that out Tuesday when my blood pressure was high she told me she didn't think it was preeclampsia because no protein in urine but that they was going to monitor me because sometimes it don't show until further along. Just try not to stress it if they didn't seem concerned then you probably don't have anything to worry about. When most doctors have concerns they usually warn you of their concerns in advance because they want you to notify them of things and take precautions and all.
