headaches

Any tips for battling headaches during pregnancy? I also have a 4 year old and can not just lay down for hours. I can not take pills, so I tend to take nothing but the headaches are unbearable lately for days on end. When I do take something,  it's tylenol junior grape flavored....which make me more nauseas. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought maybe it was the lack of caffeine. I drank a lot of Pepsi prior to being preggers but have stopped. I allow myself one occasionally. But I would think the headaches would happen during the day and not while I'm sleeping. I will try the humidifier though...the air is very dry here.

A humidifier right next to my bed eliminated my headaches.  I never needed it preprego but now it's a must or else I wake up with a headache!

Drink a coke or a soda with caffeine in it. Caffeine is the main ingredient in tylonal. So a soda should do the trick. Or a cup of coffee. It'll work faster then tylonal anyways.

I can't swallow pills though. So if I crush them up I end up throwing it right back up.

Take regular or extra strength Tylenol with some caffeine and that should help and a cold pack on your forhead or the back of your neck that always helps me
