The best way to boost milk supply is to nurse often. Try having lots of skin to skin time and make sure you're getting enough rest, food, and water. If you don't get enough of those three things your body can go into starvation mode and cut back the milk supply.

Make sure your drinking lost of water, feed him when ever he wants then pump afterwoods, the more milk you take out the more you will make, also Google lactation cookie recepie and get lots of rest, it can take a good few days for it to really come in and remember his belly is like the size of a cherry and your milk will grow as his belly does, good luck

Try eating brown rice. I personally know two mothers who had trouble with milk supply and eating brown rice helped them produce more.

Congratulations lala! I hear a warm cloth on your breasts with help with milk supply. But don't get a shock they'll get really big before the first sips.
