EVC? Advice please...

Hello ladies. I will be a FTM and am currently 35 weeks. Baby is in Franks Breech position. My doctor is recommending I have an external cephalic inversion done at 37 weeks if baby does not turn head down. Has anyone here had this procedure done? Was it very painful? My doctor says it is only 25% successful and can cause some complications. Not sure if its worth it.

My doctor said it was a 50/50 chance they could turn the baby, but sometimes they flip back, so overall the procedure is only 25% successful. Let me know how it goes? I'm leaning toward not getting it done at this point.
