I am eating a banana with peanut butter and granola and raisins on top:) it fills me up and is delicious.. also, you could try dried fruit, fresh fruits mixed with cottage cheese ( if you like it) and raw veggies.. I love carrots dipped in hummus..anything high in protein or raw veggies and fruits will help keep you fuller longer amd very healthy:)

Peanut butter is a great one. I like it plain or on celery. Veggies. Fruit. Nuts. Yogurt if you have a way to refrigerate it.
Peanuts and I absolutely love the fiber one bars and jello. Shelby, I love eating bananas with peanut butter...mmmm.;D
Greek yogurt is high in protein. I get the plain and mix fruit into it, but you can get small cups with fruit already in if that works better for you.
Thanks they all sound delicious, oh im hungry again lol
Plain greek yogurt (with chia seed or flaxseed), granola, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, raw natural almonds, baby carrots, bananas, rice cakes, bagel & cream cheese, pieces of cheese, grapefruit (though I never eat more than half in a day bc I don't want diarreah). Pretzels have a lot of sodium but they have iron & a tiny bit of protein, cous cous & canned salmon with lemon juice, apple, celery, cucumber, avocado, spinach & kale, etc... :)
