I have awful heartburn! I've tried Pepcid, Tums and Zantac...nothing worked! My doctor told me that's all the over the counter meds I was allowed to use. Surprisingly, milk and a tablespoon of mustard has worked. I usually drink a glass of milk. If I run out...I do the mustard!

Pickle juice should help. Or a spoonful of vinegar if you can stomach it. Works better than tums

I am 35 weeks and get very bad heartburn to where I get super sick . I talked to my doctor and she said zantac would help a lot. I recommend zantac but also recommend talking to your Dr. First just to be safe hope this helps.

I would make a list of all the things you eat. And eliminate whatever triggers it.
