heart palpitations?
I'm 18 weeks and this morning I started having heart palpitations and they have lasted a few hours now. It doesn't feel like anything too serious but it is very uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this and how did you get relief
I get these a lot. My dr had me get an EKG done. Everything is fine. For relief i stretch back my shoulders and take a slow deep breath. It helps open up my lungs and relaxes me a little. I hate when it happens!
I did. Turns out I am anemic. One I started taking the iron pills they went away :-) hope this helps you!
