Everyone always says how heartburn means that baby's got a head full of hair. I think it's true lol! I've had horrible heartburn since my second trimester. Had a 31 week ultrasound today and we saw all the hair on his head, it was just so cute! Anyone else seen their babies hair on an ultrasound?

Had zero heartburn with baby #1 and she was a fuzzball of black hair! With baby #2, i swear i had heartburn from conception and he was bald. Baby #3 was no heartburn ans she had a beautiful head of red hair.

Lots of heartburn. Our ultrasound showed lots of hair on it at 32 weeks.

Had tons of heartburn with my first and yes he had a full head of hair.  He even had hair on his toes!!!  I like the estrogen hypothesis @3andme.  I also had horrible morning sickness with both him and current and I think that's hormone driven.

I have had 4 kids and pregnant with my 5th. All of my pregnancies I have had severe heartburn. 1st baby was bald as Dr. Phil lol 2nd had a head full, 3rd had a head full, 4th bald again, and I will find out soon with this little one! I'm pretty sure it's a myth;)

It's a myth. Heart burn has to do with your digestion. The baby is in a completely different organ system.

I had the a terrible heartburn with baby #1.i thought i'll take him straight to the barber after the hospital.my baby had a lil bit of hair.this time i get a heartburn once in a while  so i dont know.will see!

Oh my I have had the worse heartburn and acid reflux with my son I'm 35 weeks I guess we will see soon if he has hair

I have had five kids horrible heartburn with the first four and they were bald. My fifth I had some but not a lot of heartburn and she had a good bit of hair.

It is an old wives tale, you actually get it from a hormone that slows your digestive system in turn causes your stomach to seperate from your esophagus. Lol but yes it does seem to happen more with a hairy baby. Baby #1 heartburn real bad head full of black hair, baby #2 no heartburn bald until she was almost 2, baby #3 a little heartburn not much hair but light in color, baby #4 seen on ultrasound two days ago she has a bunch of hair and if I look at food I have heartburn. Its crazy and annoying at the same time.

On the ultrasound the hair is white fuzz around the head the tech told me about it at 20 wks and she definitely have more hair now at 36 weeks

Wow, u could actually see hair in the ultrasound??  That's crazy.  I hope my baby has hair cuz I've been getting heartburn myself, but didn't see any hair at his 18 wk ultrasound.  Think he's was too small at that point..

I didn't have heartburn too bad with baby #1 and she was bald until 18 months. I had horrendous heartburn with #2 and he was hairy. He still has nore hair than his sister. He was also born under a full moon. I call him my werewolf baby. So far with #3 I haven't had it too bad. We'll see when he's born

I taught it was an old wives tale but I found out that frequent heart burn means you have more estrogen an estrogen is essential to hair growth I have only had it a lot the last month but on my 36wk ultrasound yesterday I saw lots of hair
