I've tired everything except mustard and I'm still in agony!!! Indigestion since finding out and nothing helps. My midwife prescribed some pills called dicelix(sp) I'm kind of scared to try due to all other methods but I've read reviews that it works.

Apple cider vinegar works too. Just a spoonful. I just plug my nose and go for it!

Watch what you eat, nothing spicy, no caffeine,  no acidy foods, no citrus.  And if its really bad your dr can prescribe you something. Im 28weeks and my heart burn is so bad my chest hurts. And i have to sleep upright. And whole milk helps calm it a little bit.... a little bit.

I have the worst heartburn when I have caffeine so I have been avoiding it for a while. Don't know if you have caffeine but it's just a thought!

Tums, milk, I'm on medicine because mine was bad before I got pregnant. Talk to your dr of you have tried over the counter and it hasn't worked.
