heartburn remedies?
Experiencing almost intolerable burning at top of stomach/ under breastbone. Besides tums does anyone have any techniques for quickly getting rid of this? I am just breathing deeply and almost in tears it burns so much! Took 2 tums but it didn't help yet
If you get it to bad your doctor can prescribe medicine for you
My doctor told me both zantac & pepcid are perfectly safe. I've also found that if I dissolve 1tsp baking soda in a glass of water & drink that. It doesn't taste great, but it works.
