Ugh, heartburn is awful. I never knew 'how' awful until I was pregnant. I found that I had to eat small meals and limit my water and liquid at night before going to bed. I ate grapes for a refreshing snack. I also chewed on tums which my doctor said was okay. But honestly, you just kind of have to power through. It went away when I had my second son (didn't have it with my first). That old legend of kids have lots of hair when you have heartburn was true. My second baby had a big shock of black hair. . . kind of in a Mohawk when he was born (an image I'll never forget). So, maybe your baby has a big head of hair waiting for you to see on his birth day. :))
