I found it true all three of my kids I have now were born with full heads of hair and I had bad heart burn my daughter I was even able to put a little hair tie in:)

Not true I had horrible heartBurn with my first and she was super bald. now I'm expecting second baby and have had no heartBurn so maybe this one is even balder lol!!

Definitely a myth! All 3 of my girls were born with a head full of hair and I am 30wks with my 4th girl that regular and 3D ultrasound can see another HEAD FULL of hair and I have not had heart burn. I did hear that eating bananas or drinking chamomile tea might help with heart burn though. Good luck to you :)

100% myth. Terrible heartburn with my first and he was pretty much bald.

My sis got sick after every single thing she ate while pregnant. She had heart burn like no other! When my nephew was born he definitely needed a hair cut! Lol

I'm with schenner2. I had heartburn with both of my girls and they came out with very little hair and we're practically bald until 2 as well. I have a lot of heartburn this time too so we will see if she comes out with a head full of hair or not!

I didn't have heart burn once with my first and she was born with a head FULL of hair!! So I definitely say it's a myth.

Babies are covered with a fine hair until closer to time to be born. Forgot what it's called. I had heart burn real ba with my son but I have always suffered from heartburn. It was just worse during pregnancy. My son did have hair but not a lot. I don't think the hair has anything to do with it. It's just a myth.

Lol. Nope!  I had tons of heartburn with my first and she had very very little hair when she was born.  She was basically bald until she was 2!

Seems like this is the only researched myth that is true.. good luck for your little one with lots of hair..
