It could be a number of things even a sinus infection has those symptoms. Even though you feel better make sure you let your doctor know about any episode of dizziness you feel.

I had same thing happen, doc said ur blood pressure drops here and there and it causes u to get dizzy, make sure u move slow especially when u stand up, hold on to something when u get up. And if ur feeling dizzy make sure u sit right away, and air helps, sit outside for minute or use a fan. And eating usually helps.

Ive had this along with blurred vision and numbness in my arm, I was told low blood pressure. Keep your fluids up and elevate your legs.

Make sure there is good air flow wherever you spend long periods of time...getting too hot can make you really dizzy really quick

Eat lots of peanut butter and cheese...drink lots of G2 Gatorade and water...snack and drink that stuff as much as possible! Relax as much as you can also...I went through the same exact thing and that stuff worked like a charm!
