is there anyone here taking antidepressants during pregnancy?
My doc took me off clonazapan and xanax during pregnancy. Now i take low dose of lexapro only.
did ur baby face any withdrawal symptoms?
I take Zoloft and my midwife has been fine with it and I was on it while breastfeeding my first and will stay on it while breastfeeding this one as well
dear, can u help me to find out the possible side effects if its possible and free of cost for u to call the doc? my doc said i can take imipramine hcl but still so much worried. i live in bangladesh. in our country doctors are not that much experienced in these cases. :( i am taking 50mg imipramine and .5 clonazepum at night.
I only took Effexor, but used it after birth and breastfeeding. I found that it really did help me. Sometimes I feel bad that I took it during pregnancy as I obviously don't want to injure my baby in any way, but I am glad that I did take it. I worry now sometimes how my anxiety is going to affect this baby, but I am trying to stay calm and do everything that I can do to keep the anxiety at bay. My doctor said in my first pregnancy that sometimes the benefits of doing/taking something far outweigh the risks. Is is possible for your doctor to discuss the risks of the medication and any long term effects? Where I live, there is a telephone counseling place run the by the children's hospital that will review the medicaiton with you and give you information based on the studies.

Yes I have the whole pregnancy without them I would be a mess!!!
