Last Thursday my bf and I flew to Michigan (4hour flight). I was fine all the way until Monday. I got really sick for about 4 hours I was throwing up. I slowly got better and was pretty much ok by Tuesday just a bad head ache. I noticed Tuesday it seemed like the baby was pretty quite (not much movement). Its been like that today too. I am 18 weeks. I am curious if I should be concerned. I have an appointment next week the 22nd but I am worried. What should I do?

Try drinking cold juice, flash a flashlight over your belly, hit 2 spoons against each other, listen to music (something that will make you wana dance) good luck <3

calling in is your safest net...they normally want you to drink as cold juice and lay down to see if the baby moves in response and if still no movement than call
