I was the same in my 1st pregnancy and eating bananas helped me... try it
my whole first and half of my second trimester I had severe migraines. I couldn't see it was unbearable. I didn't think I could handle any more. I tried home remedies the whole foods store products etc what eventually worked and it is really weird but it's called tiger balm its for sore muscles my husband would rub it on the back of my neck, behind my ears and give me a ice pack. This seriously was the only thing that helped at all. Good luck
Try putting your hands and feet in warm water with a cold compress on the back of your neck.
I had this and it had ended up being preclampsia. Def see your dr and stress how bad the head aches are
I am 14 weeks and in the past two weeks I have had 5 migraines that each lasted 2days. I don't think I can handle anymore, would a doctor prescribe anything for them? I get completely sick each time and find it nearly impossible to take care of my kids which had me feeling really guilty:(
