38 week 1 cm dilated? ?
Any mommies go in to labor soon after being dilated 1 cm n if so how soon?
My first preganacy I was 3cm for almost three weeks before labor really started.
I was 3 cm dilated for 4 weeks. Its safe as long as your waters havent broke.
I'm 38+1 and 1 centimeter but luckily my doctor gave me an option to be induced or not so I go in Monday night to have him that's if he doesn't make his grand entrance before then....
Destinyluv01,, im 38 +5 and ii dnt knw if ii even lost my Mucus plug yet eiither. Im so ready for him to come out but ii dnt even think he has drop yet,, ill find out more info today at my appt.!!
39 week today! The doctor hasn't even checked me yet. But I have been having the inconsistent contractions that hurt a lil more then braxton hicks. I haven't lost my mucus plug yet I don't think he will be here that soon but ya never know. Good luck ladies!
Im 38 weeks and have been once centimeter for a week. Which is unusual for my body because previous pregnancies ive always dialate and had my boys at37 weeks. Hopefully our babies come soon
Women can be 1cm at 30 weeks and stay that way until 42 weeks. Or they can go from 0-10cm in four hours. Dilation isn't a predictor of the onset of labor. It might be tomorrow and it might be September. Either way, it'll be pretty soon.
I just found out i too am 50% and 1 cm at 38 weeks. I also found out i might have to be induced, so hopefully we can dilate soon and see our little ones.
With my first bb i was 1cm at 37weeks n had him when i was 38weeks which was 5 days later but that bcuz i went to Mexico n Back in that length of time!
I been dilated to 1 for 2weeks now im 36 weeks preg :-(
They keep you st 4 or more with labor correct?
Omg awesome....i was 50% effaced at 36 weeks at 37 same but cervix was soft n baby's head on cervix...38 still 50% but now 1 cm.

It was pretty much the same at 37 weeks.
I went to the hospital at 38+3 for contactions and i was 4 cm dialated. I had my daughter later that day.
