decreased nausea, should i be worried?

I know this is going to sound ridiculous, but I am 8 weeks and all I've known is constant nausea. I was barely able to eat anything except crackers and water. The last two days the nausea has subsided a great deal but my boobs are still a little sore. I have been getting late. Cramps for the last 4 weeks, so that has not changed. My doctor said not to be alarmed by that because it can be normal. I am NOT bleeding at all. Should I be worried? I feel like I should still be nauseous since I'm still in the first trimester. Could that mean something is wrong with my hormone levels? It's almost too good to be true that the nausea has decreased so much. Of course I am a first time mom and I have my anxiety about it.

You shouldn't be worried.... I was nauseated from about 8 weeks up until about 23 weeks. I was doing good until about 3 weeks ago. I'm in my third trimester now and have thrown up everyday for the past 4 days! Enjoy your time without it because it may return

My first I was doing fine till the 3rd trimester.  I just felt heavy and tired.
