Get it checked by ur doc. I had the same around 5 weeks n kept thinking it was a cold...and finally it was diagnosed as bronchitis. Had to take antibiotics to settle it down.

Hi. I am just 4.5-5 weeks and have come down with what seems like a cold-saw throat, blocked nose, head ache, fatigue, nausea. However now that I have found out I'm pregnant am wondering how much of the symptoms are actually due to a cold?

I had a little bit of sinus pressure early on as well. I thought it was a cold but happened to be a wisdom tooth problem. If you want to try a natural remedy to knock it out before taking man made medicine this will help.
A cup of reg. Black tea (lipton) hot as you can stand
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A TBS of honey
And fresh lemon juice. You can add more honey or lemon , even cinnamon for taste and to mask the cayenne. I seriously having taken any cold medicine in close to 10 years. Just drink this 2 -3 times a day on the rare occasion I do get sick. I hope you feel better!!
