help!! sciatica pain

I'm only 10 weeks and my left SI joint is on fire. Cant bend foreward, over, or sit up from laying down without severe burning in my left butt cheek. Has anyone seen a chiropractor for this?
I've done multiple exercises from YouTube and elsewhere. Nothing helps. I took Tylenol last night just so I could sleep.

Hi ladies, I found that chiro adjustment didn't really help my SI joint pain. So my doc sent me to physical therapy (I go about once every 2 weeks) and the PT gave me an elastic belt to wear around my hips (called an SI joint lock belt, available thru doc or med supply stores, maybe pharmacies) that has really helped. I keep up with the exercises she gives me, wear the belt as needed for activities that really seem to aggravate the joint, alternate ice and heat therapy, and exercise lightly 5 days a week. I also splurge for a back massage when I can and the masseuse knows how to help that joint as well by working certain muscles like the glutes. Has made a tremendous difference. Good luck!

I just posted the same thing about my right side!! Its the worst pain! I can't get comfortable! I am 13 weeks today and started feeling the pain around 9-10 weeks. I thought it would go away but has only gotten worse! Sitting up from lying down is the worst. I hope we both find some relief soon! Good luck.
